Dave Dziok

Board Member

Dave Dziok is a public affairs and communications executive with more than two decades of experience spanning the corporate, political, and agency sectors. He currently serves as a Managing Director at Narrative Strategies, where he advises corporations, trade associations, nonprofit organizations, and senior executives on strategic communications, public affairs, reputation management, and media relations. 


Dave’s work has included advising leaders and organizations navigating complex public policy issues, as well as initiatives focused on American history and civic engagement. Most recently, he supported America250, the nonpartisan organization charged by Congress with leading the commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. His work focused on strategic partnerships and helping bring organizations together in support of the nationwide commemoration. Before joining Narrative Strategies, Dave served as Director of Communications for Koch Industries, providing strategic communications counsel to senior company leadership. 


Previously, he was a vice president in Edelman’s Washington, D.C., public affairs practice and held communications roles in the U.S. House of Representatives. Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and public administration from Elon University, where he has remained actively involved as an alumnus and previously served as president of the university’sAlumni Board. He previously served on the Board of Trustees of Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, Massachusetts, his high school alma mater. Dave lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two daughters
