About the Platter

Based on E. Malcom’s 1798 watercolor painting of Peacefield, John and Abigail Adams’ home in Quincy, Massachusetts. The Adamses and their descendants resided there for almost 140 years. Today, the house and grounds are open to visitors as part of the Adams National Historical Park.
